Our company shall be compliant with customer's confidential information Protection Law and handle all customer's confidential information. 5. Our company may provide any customer's confidential information to any of its contractors to the extent only necessary to achieve the purpose of usage. Even in such a case, Our company shall request the relevant contractor to handle the relevant customer's confidential information in a proper manner and Our company shall control use thereof by such contractor in a suitable fashion. 6. Customer's confidential information might be disclosed to the third party without obtaining prior consent of the customer when corresponding to the following. - we may disclose customer's confidential information to government authorities or third parties pursuant to a legal request, subpoena, or other legal process. We may also use or disclose your information as permitted by law to fight fraud, or protect the legal rights of Our company. 7. Our company shall attempt to continue improvements in order to observe any applicable laws and regulations and / or any governmental notifications and guidelines and so that any and all customer's information may be handled in a proper manner. Any modification thereof will be reflected in this basic policy from time to time.
