The manufacturing process for stainless steel welded cylinders uses TIG welding, which is less likely to cause weld defects such as pits and blowholes and also allows for excellent control. By adjusting the angle of the welding torch, welding speed, and the amount of shielding gas used to the best of their ability, the best finish for high-purity gas cylinders, a high airtightness, and a high-pressure resistance are achieved. Furthermore, our unique solution heat treatment technology removes embrittlement and residual stress while enhancing the corrosion resistance of stainless steel.
